Caroline has been a consistent top selling Real Estate Sales Representative since 2011 in the KW Region.  She has created a successful career and has achieved high status within her community through her dedication, hard work, loyalty and honesty.  Caroline holds several awards including the Award of Excellence and the Royal LePage Chairmans Award which ranks her in the top 1% of Realtors across Canada.

Caroline’s clients and sphere of influence choose to work with her for her full service, ethics, experience and expertise. She prides herself on giving all of her clients the most precise and up to date information and feedback on the market, its trends, comparable sales and property values which gives them a realistic look at what they can expect in today’s real estate market.

Caroline’s passion for helping goes beyond just her clients as she also dedicates much of her time as well as a percentage of her income to the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation which raises money for local Women’s shelters in Canada including the Waterloo Region

When she is not busy helping her amazing clients, Caroline loves to workout at her local CrossFit gym, run, hike, camp and spend time outdoors.  Family and friends are extremely important to her as are her two fur-babies Annie and Ellie, her twin golden retrievers.

Caroline truly loves what she does for a living and does not treat anyone like they are a business transaction which is evident in the strong friendships she has created from her client relationships.  Keeping in touch and developing relationships are a huge part of her career and dedication to her clients.
