Wendy was born and raised in Waterloo Region and married into a multi-generational Real Estate family. While she took the long path to becoming an agent herself, she gathered a wide array of life and work experience along the way. 
 
In her late twenties, she spread her entrepreneurial wings and opened a small retail store. Once she’d had a taste of running her own business, there was no turning back. A few years later, she studied facilitation skills at Conestoga College and trained to be a Professional Life Coach and shortly thereafter a Personal Trainer. She went on to partner with a humanitarian aid organization and lead several volunteer trips to developing countries around the world. The consistent thread in all of these endeavours is Wendy’s passion to help people. 
 
Wendy brings that passion and dedication to her clients. She builds trust and rapport that extend beyond the Real Estate transaction. 
 
Helping people make the next right move is what she’s all about.
