Woolwich
The Township of Woolwich is a rural township in Southwestern Ontario, Canada. It is part of the Regional Municipality of Waterloo, immediately to the north and east of the City of Waterloo. It is bounded by the cities of Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge.The Township of Woolwich was established in its present configuration by the Regional Municipality of Waterloo Act 1972, which created a regional government structure and established limits of the local municipalities in Waterloo area effective January 1, 1973. Woolwich Township is made up of 10 small communities and a population of 25,000.
Wilmot

Waterloo
Waterloo is a city in Southern Ontario, Canada. It is the smallest of three cities in the Regional Municipality of Waterloo (and previously in Waterloo County, Ontario), and is adjacent to the city of Kitchener. Kitchener and Waterloo are often jointly referred to as "Kitchener–Waterloo", "KW", or the "Twin Cities". While there were several unsuccessful attempts to combine the cities of Kitchener and Waterloo, following the 1973 establishment of the Region of Waterloo there was less motivation to do so. At the time of the 2016 census, the population of Waterloo was 104,986.
Kitchener
Kitchener is a city in the Regional Municipality of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. Located approximately 100 km west of Toronto, Kitchener is the regional seat. The City of Kitchener covers an area of 136.86 square kilometres and had a population of 233,222. The Kitchener metropolitan area, which includes the smaller, neighbouring cities of Waterloo to the north and Cambridge to the south, has 523,894 people, making it the tenth largest Census Metropolitan Area in Canada and the fourth largest CMA in Ontario.
Cambridge
The Province of Ontario formed the City of Cambridge on January 1, 1973. The former communities of Galt, Preston, Hespeler, and Blair make up the current city of Cambridge. The history of the area dates back to a much earlier time. Today, Cambridge is a modern city with a rich architectural heritage still clearly seen today. Cambridge is now the second largest community within Waterloo Region. This is partly due to our strong economy and culture.
